Syarat Umum:

1. Willing to be placed in SeiMangkei-North Sumatera area
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree Industrial Eng., Mechanical Engineering., Accounting and Management Education background
3. Minimum GPA 3,40/4,00
4. Fluent in both oral and write English (TOEFL > 450)

Syarat Khusus:

1. Graduates 2015 & April 2016
2. Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skill
3. Strong Leadership Skill
4. Active in campus organization or others social activities
5. Proactive and hard driver to get things done
